Stating that

“The exchange of knowledge in the form of books across countries is always welcome,” said National Book Trust Director Nuzhat Hassan in the recent Frankfurt Book Fair that witnessed translation of 150 German books into various Indian lan guages was a step in this direction.

Releasing “Genetic Face Reading -- The secret key to more success as a boss, salesman, colleague and in your private life”, at the ongoing World Book in the Capital, Ms. Hassan said the book was based on reading of structures and it would go a long way in understanding human behaviour. Therefore, it was very important for executives, business people, marketing people and people from all walks of life.

The book’s author Wolfgang Decius -- a freelance management consultant specialising in the health sector as an economic, personnel and management coach -- said the way our countenances are structured is determined by our genetic make-up. It reveals how we behave and react emotionally. The brain has areas that are specially related to facial recognition and we utilise this function subconsciously but without having the skill to interpret its meaning. The book reveals how each facial feature determines exactly how a person will behave emotionally in a given situation,” he added.
