Busireddy Sudhakar Reddy, lecturer in physics in Sri Venkateswara Degree College, Kadapa was awarded Ph.D. by Sri Venkateswara University for his thesis ‘Optical characterisation of certain transition metal and rare earth ions doped boro-fluoro-phosphate glasses’.
