Patna: A clerk of Bihar Transport Department was caught red-handed while accepting a graft of Rs.2000 for clearing a proposal for the payment of one time tax of a tractor trailor. Vigilance Additional Director General Neelmaini told reporters here on Wednesday that following a petition filed by Harrendra Kumar Singh at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s Janata Darbar, a trap was laid to catch the clerk.
