Patna: Passengers of Jet Light flight from Delhi to Varanasi were offloaded at the Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport here as the airplane could not land at its destination due to bad weather. The flight landed at the airport around 8 pm on Wednesday night and the passengers were told to disembark and proceed to Varanasi by bus following which they engaged in heated arguments with the Jet Light staff. Jet’s station manager Manmohan Tiwari said the passengers were later persuaded to proceed to Varanasi in two buses around midnight.
