IIPA functionaries elected

PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry branch of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) has elected a 10-member executive council for four years.

The new team included R.R. Dhanapal (chairman), Pankaj Kumar Jha (honorary secretary) and S. Kumuda (treasurer), according to a release.
