BJP demands more power for Capital

NEW DELHI: Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan has demanded that the Prime Minister make arrangements for uninterrupted supply of power for the Capital from the National Grid. Dr. Vardhan said the Prime Minister should provide special status to Delhi and make arrangements for supplying power on the lines of the Railways so that the Capital can maintain its pride. “All power projects of the Delhi Government are running only on paper,” he added.
