G.D. Birla award for Bangalore scientist

NEW DELHI: Prof. Santanu Bhattacharya of the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore has been selected for the G. D. Birla Award for Scientific Research for his significant contributions to chemical biology and molecular design. The award has been instituted by the K. K. Birla Foundation and carries a cash prize of Rs.1.5 lakh.
