Usha Martin JV to produce oil tempered wires

kolkata: Usha Martin has inaugurated a joint venture, Pengg Usha Martin Wires Limited, for producing oil tempered wires at Ranchi in Jharkhand. This is a joint venture of Usha Martin and Joh Pengg AG, Thoerl, Austria. Its joint venture partner will hold 60 per cent equity. The cost of the first phase is Rs. 46 crore. — Special Correspondent
