Case registered

Patna: A case has been registered against senior police officials in connection with January 18 and 19 police firing which left three persons dead in Bhagalpur district.

Md. Farooq, whose brother Md. Aslam was killed in the firing, had lodged an FIR against the then SDPO, Birendra Narain Jha and the officer in charge, A.K. Mishra, on February 5 with Kahalgaon police station, Superintendent of Police Jitendra Singh Gangwar said.
