RSP flays doctors’ strike

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: RSP State secretary V.P. Ramakrishna Pillai has urged government doctors to show more concern for the difficulties experienced by poor patients. In a statement here on Friday, Mr. Pillai said relatives of patients would behave well with them only if the doctors behaved well towards the patients. He took exception to the strike by doctors and warned the medical fraternity that this would result in doctors from outside the State being brought in to treat patients here. — Special Correspondent
