Ranchi: The Jharkhand unit of Janata Dal (U) on Saturday condemned the mob fury on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar during a visit to the proposed Nalanda International University at Pilkhi village in Bihar. “We condemn the attack with strongest words. In a democratic system violence has no place,” JD (U) spokesman Pramod Kumar Mishra told newsmen here. “It seems a section of politicians in Bihar are scared of Mr. Kumar’s popularity for his progressive vision,” contended Mr. Mishra.
