GULBARGA: Two persons were killed in two separate accidents in the district. In the first incident, 18-year-old Ramesh Mallappa, fell off the trailer of a tractor on which he was travelling and was run over by it near Bhsnur village in Aland taluk. In the other incident, truck loaded with rice bags proceeding to Maharashtra plunged into the Jewargi Branch Canal in Jewargi taluk killing Parvez Khan (24), the driver’s assistant. Cleaner Mohammed Tajuddin, who suffered multiple injuries, has been admitted to the Government General Hospital — Special Correspondent
