Summons issued

Bangalore: The III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate has issued summons to R. Ananthamurthy, secretary, Bangalore University DCC Study Centre Association, N.M. Poovaiah, president of the association, and two others, based on the complaint filed by A.P. Ranganatha, advocate and member of Bangalore University Syndicate.

Mr. Ranganatha had filed a defamation case against them after they had alleged that he had demanded a bribe from them. — Staff Reporter
