Continuous training for job-aspirants underscored

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: The government should launch a massive exercise in coordination with private enterprises to create the necessary infrastructure for imparting continuous training for job-aspirants, former Governor of Tamil Nadu P.S. Rammohan Rao said here on Friday. He was speaking after inaugurating a national conference on “The war for talent: redefining the role of HRM for globally competitive businesses”, jointly organised by the Badruka Institute of Foreign Trade (BIFT) and National HRD Network. He said that 75 per cent of people attending interviews for IT and other MNCs lacked skills for employability.
