Tense moments at Shilparamam

HYDERABAD: Nearly 10 children playing atop a ‘Balloon House’ narrowly escaped when it started deflating suddenly after power went off at Shilparamam on Saturday night. “There was no scope for suffocation as the balloon house was open to sky,” a spokesperson of Shilparamam said. Later, all the children were brought down safely.
