Poor service, prompt billing Quotes

I subscribe to unlimited download at 256 kbps BSNL plan. But the speed I get is sometimes less than 8kbps. Downloading a 100mb file takes 6 hours. I need to ‘refresh’ couple of times. The worst is the service provider. After calling up four times, my complaint was registered with assurance of attending to the problem but to no avail. When it comes to monthly bill, it is the service provider who starts calling up.

Madhura Nagar When I switch on the Internet connection, it does not get connected. It beams -‘verify username/password failed’. The very next day, it gets connected with the same details. I was getting excess billing to which the authorities said, deduction would be done in the subsequent month. But nothing happened. The toll free number is of no help .

a BSNL subscriber The new broadband connections are only a shade better than the old dial-up ones. I have three connections out of which only the local Drishti is reasonably good. But whenever the connection is down, no matter how many times I call them, the problem is not rectified until I visit them personally.

Gunrock Enclave The local service providers are inexperienced lot. Net speed is not up to the mark. Promises of problems being fixed in 24 hours are never met. Pages take a lot of time to load. At times, there is no connectivity for days.
