Bangladeshi national sent back

Badaun: A Bangladeshi national, living illegally in the district for the past thirty years, was sent back to his country on Monday, police said.

Vivekanand Biswas of Bahir Malika village of Jaisore district of Bangladesh, who ran a clinic in the town, also had a house of his own here, they said.

He had also got a firearm license and passport, besides a permanent residence certificate in 1997.

Biswas had got a stay on his extradition in 2000 which was vacated in 2006, the District Magistrate, Chandra Prakash said.
