Lucknow: The district Manager of Pradeshiya Cooperative Federation (PCF), Rae Bareli, Prem Shankar Singh has been suspended on charges of alleged black marketing and laxity in monitoring the storing of fertilisers. An order to this effect was given following reports that fertiliser was being diverted to other places than where it was meant for, a PCF release said here today. An inquiry has also been ordered in this connection, it added.
