Muzaffarnagar: A local court has issued summon against Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Mahendra Singh Tikait and 14 others in connection with a highway blocking case. Police had chargesheeted 15 people, including Tikait, for blocking Delhi-Saharanpur highway at Jasala on June 2 last year in support of Gujjar agitation. The court has asked all of them to appear before it on February 15.
