Theft bid at Delhi Zoo

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Zoo authorities have lodged a complaint with the Nizamuddin police after a burglar broke into their main office on Monday morning.

Zoo Director D. N. Singh said: “It seems some persons tried to break the iron box in which we keep the cash. The burglars, however, could not open the box and ran away when the guards reached there. We have registered a police complaint.”
