‘Exempt Kozhikode from hartal’

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister for Local Self-Government Institutions Paloli Mohamed Kutty has urged the United Democratic Front (UDF) to exempt Kozhikode district from its proposed hartal on February 19 as the all India Panchayat Day celebrations were being held there on that day.
