New Chairman for Calsoft

CHENNAI: California Software Company has appointed Clyde Michael Bandy as Chairman following the sudden demise of the former Chairman, Robert V. Chandran, Founder and Chairman of Chemoil. Mr. Bandy had been associated with Chemoil since August 31, 2006, as a Lead Independent Director.
