PALAKKAD: Two buses were pelted with stones allegedly by Youth Congress activists. They were taking out a protest march to the public sector Malabar Cements Limited, at Walayar, near here on Tuesday. One bus belonged to the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and the other was a Tamil Nadu State Road Transport Corporation vehicle. Inaugurating the march, Youth Congress State president T. Siddiq demanded a judicial inquiry into the ‘rampant corruption’ at Malabar Cements. He also sought a White Paper on the functioning of the company for the last 25 years. The meeting was presided over by Youth Congress district President K. Sreevalsan.
