Advocates against High Court Bench

Kochi: The Kerala High Court Advocates Association today unanimously adopted a resolution against the proposal to set up a High Court Bench in Thiruvananthapuram. The association’s Executive Committee also informed that the decision by Chief Justice H.L. Dathu not to allow any such bench was not his a personal opinion, but the decision of a full bench of the court. — PTI
