Muthappa Rai floats Jaya Karnataka

BANGALORE: Self-styled social reformer N. Muthappa Rai on Tuesday floated Jaya Karnataka, an organisation that will work for the welfare of rural masses in Karnataka and also fight for the cause of Kannada and Karnataka.

Announcing the launch at a media conference here, Mr. Rai said the organisation will be apolitical and none of its members will have political affiliations.
