BHUBANESWAR: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will organise a Paribartan Samabesh in Bhubaneswar on February 19. National president of the party Sharad Pawar will address the rally that was likely to be attended by a large number of people coming from all the 30 districts in the State. At a press conference here, senior NCP leader Bijoy Mohapatra said that the rally would highlight the need for unseating the Naveen Patnaik Government as it had ‘failed’ in almost every field. Mr. Mohapatra informed that the party had already held meeting all the districts to prepare people for attending the rally. “The response has been very positive as people in every part of the State had realised that the present government had failed to deliver the goods,” Mr. Mohapatra said. The rally was not being organised to show the party’s strength but to spread the message about the need for a change in the government, he said.
