Ronen Sen condoles Lantos’ death

WASHINGTON: Ambassador to the U.S. Ronen Sen on Tuesday condoled the death of U.S. Congressman Tom Lantos, saying India has lost a “true friend” of bilateral relations.

“ We have lost a champion of democracy, a true friend of India and a strong supporter of Indo-U.S. relations,” Mr. Sen said in a statement. — PTI
