KANNUR: All India Radio (AIR), Kozhikode, Kannur, and Manjeri will jointly organise the finals of the ‘Music Jodi 2008’ competitions at the Collectorate Maidan here on February 17 evening. A press release from AIR here said that the three-hour programme would include competitions among teams from five colleges. Semi-classical and other dance items by college students and others would be staged as part of this programme. Playback singer K.P. Udayabhanu would be among the celebrities present at the function. It will be held on the second day of the Kannur Maholsavam being organised by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC).
