Four acquitted of murder charge

New Delhi: Four persons including three Nepal nationals have been acquitted by a court of the charges of murdering a factory worker two years ago as the complainant had failed to identify them.

“The complainant Naresh Kumar has not supported the prosecution case by raising any accusing finger ,” Additional Sessions Judge Narinder Kumar said in a recent order.
