BHOPAL: Bajrang Dal activists took to “social policing” here on Thursday using force against couples who had taken the risk of venturing out on Valentine’s Day. Angry groups of Bajrang Dal workers sporting saffron scarves and headbands were seen protesting at public places, near restaurants, meeting joints and parks. Some of them even plunged on some young unsuspecting couples and in some cases ended up blackening the faces of young boys who were caught with their partners. While there was nothing stopping the Bajrang Dal activists, the police were seen patrolling city parks and other popular spots.
