Parekh, Mistry buy HDFC shares

MUMBAI: HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh and the company Managing Director Keki Mistry have acquired fresh shares in the company, in transactions believed to have been done through the exercise of stock options. Mr. Parekh purchased 1,60,521 shares on Feb. 7 while Keki Mistry purchased 25,000 shares between February 4-7.
