House burgled

Gold jewellery, estimated to cost Rs. 42,000, was reportedly missing in a daylight house-break at Darsipet.

The Patamata police said that Yadagiri Venkata Rangayya, a vegetable merchant from Darsipet, left home for business in the early hours of the day along with his family members. They returned home around 10 a.m. and found that the main door broke open. They found gold jewellery weighing 110 grams was missing from the almirah. A case was registered.
