Accreditation

COIMBATORE: The VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science, Kovaipudur, was given B grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) recently.

According to a college release, the NAAC peer team interacted with the students, teachers, non-teaching staff, alumni, parents, management and principal.

The team gave suggestions for further improvement.

The college was judged on infrastructural facilities, teaching-learning process, research activities, placement records and the social activities undertaken by the college.

The accreditation would be valid for five years.
