Registration by appointment in A.P.

HYDERABAD: The Registration and Stamps Department in Hyderabad on Friday introduced ‘Registration by Prior Appointment’ scheme at select sub-registrar offices on a pilot basis.

Instead of waiting in queue for long hours, now general public can take appointments for either registration or submission of documents for registration.The new scheme, meant only for property registration, has been introduced in 37 sub-registrar offices, including Hyderabad, in the State and would enable public to access officials at a pre-appointed time. For appointments, public can either visit the website ( www.igrs.ap.gov.in) or call 040-2767-0449.
