MiG crashes

AHMEDABAD: A MiG-21 aircraft from the Bhuj air base caught fire and fell on a field between Dhari and Punariya villages, about 20 km from Bhuj, the district headquarters of Kutch, on Friday.

A defence spokesman said the pilot, flying officer Agashe, managed to eject himself and he was admitted to the Bhuj Defence Hospital with minor injuries.
