Challaned for smoking

NEW DELHI: The Anti-Smoking Cell of the Delhi Police challaned three persons who were caught smoking on the North Campus of Delhi University on Friday.

One person was fined Rs.200, while two were challaned Rs.100 each.

The cell is working in tandem with the Delhi University Students’ Union.
