CBI court order suspended

HYDERABAD: Justice P. Swaroop Reddy of the A.P. High Court on Friday suspended the operation of the orders of the CBI court, Anantapur wherein one of the accused was given pardon when he was turning approver in murder case of Paritala Ravi.

The Sessions Judge Anantapur had ordered pardon and permitted the CBI to treat Rammohan Reddy as approver. Rekhamiah ,another accused in the case, contended that this is abuse of process of law. Justice Swaroop Reddy as an interim measure suspended the order.
