Convocation of Gulbarga varsity tomorrow

GULBARGA: Vice-Chancellor of Gulbarga University B.G. Mulimani said on Saturday that 110 students, including 26 women, would be conferred Ph.D. degree at the 26th convocation of the university on Monday.

Governor Rameshwar Thakur, who is also Chancellor of the university, will confer the degrees.

The names of the students are as follows: Kannada: H. Kumaraswamy, Shivayya Hiremath, Meenakumari Patil, Siddalingappa Isakappa, Babu Maruti, Siddaramayya Channayya, Gouramma Gopashetti, Sharadadevi Jadhav, Sushma Hagargi, Suvarna Veerayya Hiremath, Ningappa Siddappa, Chitkala J. Mathapathi, B.R. Manjunath and Doddamani Hanumanthraya Bhimasha.

Fine Arts: Mallikarjun Bhagodi and Mohanrao B. Panchal.English: Eleanor Geethamala and Mallikarjun Sajjanar.Hindi: Mallikarjun Kadappa, Ashok Eknath Gaikwad, Sham Vinayak Rao Gaikwad, Dilipkumar Shamrao and Maithri Singh.Urdu: Syed Aleemullah Hussaini, Huzoor Mohammad Moinuddin, Syed Chand Hussaini, Mohammed Habeeb Khan and Syeda Anjum Ara.
