Court to decide on narco test plea on Feb. 19
NEW DELHI: In the fashion designer Mona Suri’s murder case, a court here on Saturday put off its decision till February 19 on whether to allow narco-analysis test on her husband.
Metropolitan Magistrate Tarun Sehrawat deferred the decision on the plea by the victim’s father till Tuesday. The court also asked the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Chittaranjan Park police station to clarify the police stand on the matter.
The court had on February 11 issued summons against the SHO after the victim’s father moved an application pleading that a narco-analysis test be conducted on her husband, Naveen Suri.
