Indian doctor to be extradited

Houston: An Indian origin anaesthesiologist working in Texas, U.S., will be extradited to Britain to face manslaughter charge in a patient’s death a decade ago. Priya Ramnath is accused of administering a lethal dose of adrenaline to an intensive care patient at a hospital in U.K. in 1998 against the advice of the hospital staff. — PTI
