FICCI gets new chief

Rajeev Chandrasekhar

NEW DELHI: Rajeev Chandrasekhar, MP, took over as President of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) at the conclusion of the 80th annual general meeting of the federation here on Saturday.

Mr. Chandrasekhar is the Chairman and CEO of Jupiter Capital, a leading venture development, management and investment company. He is a member of the Rajya Sabha from Karnataka.

Harsh Pati Singhania, Managing Director, J. K. Paper, has been elected Senior President of FICCI. Similarly, Rajan Bharti Mittal, Managing Director of Bharti Enterprises, has been elected Vice-President of FICCI.
