Leela gets First Choice Gold Award

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Leela Kempinski, Kovalam, has been awarded the prestigious ‘First Choice Gold Award’ for the year 2006.

The award is given to the best hotel for consistent service and which scores more than 90 per cent guest satisfaction.

The award was presented by Jeanette Salmon of the First Choice to general manager of the hotel Biswajit Chakraborthy.

A release from the Leela Group said the scores are based on the guest rating for day to day, week on week, month on month for the hotel’s consistency on product, quality and service delivery.
