Karnataka beats Kerala

KOCHI: Captain and off-spinner Ryan Ninan took four wickets as Karnataka defeated Kerala by 51 runs in the P.S. Ram Mohan Rao Trophy South Zone under-25 cricket championship in Goa on Saturday.

The scores:

Karnataka 155 in 43.4 overs bt Kerala 104 in 37.5 overs (K.J. Rakesh 40, Ryan Ninan four for 29).

Andhra 202 in 50 overs lost to Tamil Nadu 203 for seven in 49.3 overs (X. Thalaivan Sargunam72, K.Sriram 64 n.o.). — Principal Correspondent
