Yogesh shines

Mysore: Yogesh (six for 45 & 42 not out) helped Yuvaraja’s College (Mysore) register a six-wicket win over Jaihind CC ‘A’ in the KSCA Mysore Zone first division league encounter here on Saturday.

The scores: Jaihind CC ‘A’ 127 in 29.1 overs (Yogesh six for 45) lost to Yuvaraja’s College 130 for four in 22.4 overs (Yogesh 42 n.o.).

The Mysore Gymkhana 242 for five decl. in 42.5 overs (Amith Premkumar 85, Nithin Vinayak 63, S.S. Yognath 40, J. Suchith four for 70) lost to Young Cricketers 245 for seven in 53.2 overs (P. Bipin 81, Rohit Tiwari 51, Uttam Raj 41, M.R. Darshan five for 80).

MCC 136 in 44.1 overs (Sunil four for 43) lost to YMCC 159 for six in 22 overs (inclusive of 20 penalty runs for two overs short).
