Elephant race at Guruvayur

Guruvayur: An elephant race (anayottam) will be held at Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple on Monday. The race will mark the beginning of the annual temple festival. The elephants will be made to run from Manjulal to the temple. The race will begin at 3 p.m., Guruvayur Devaswom officials said.
