Kottayam in final

KUNNAMKULAM: Kottayam will meet Kanipayiur in the final of the all-Kerala inter-YMCA basketball tournament. In the semifinals, Kottayam overcame host Kunnamkulam 80-60, while Kanipayiur defeated Kozhikode 81-66.

The results (semifinal): Kottayam 80 (K.R. Nikhil 23, Anu Mohan Das 13, Anoop Devesia 12, Bobin Mathew 11, Subin Mathew 11) bt Kunnamkulam 60 (Bibin Chacko 21, Eudrick Pereira 11); Kanipayiur 81 (Shiju 16, Kiranduth 13, M.Abic 13) bt Kozhikoe 66 (Bobin Mathew 21).
