Air India’s day return flights are back

BANGALORE: Air India will re-introduce its day return flights in the Bangalore-Chennai-Bangalore sector and will also be offering daily flights between Bangalore and Bhubaneswar, along with additional flights between Bangalore and Kolkata from February 18. The morning flight IC 541 will leave Bangalore daily at 9.30 a.m. to reach Chennai at 10.15 a.m. The incoming morning flight will arrive in Bangalore at 8.30 a.m. daily. The evening flight IC 588 will leave Bangalore at 9.15 p.m. to reach Chennai at 10 p.m. daily and the incoming flight will reach Bangalore at 8.30 p.m. These flights will offer executive and economy class services. The daily flight between Bangalore and Bhubaneswar will leave Bangalore at 9.30 a.m. to reach Bhubaneswar at 1 p.m. via Chennai. This will be in addition to the existing twice bi-weekly direct flights leaving Bangalore at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. There will be two flights daily between Bangalore and Kolkata. The existing direct flight leaves Bangalore at 6.05 a.m.; the new hopping flight will leave Bangalore at 9.30 a.m.
