Oracle wins BSNL contract

CHENNAI: Bharat Sanchar Nigam has announced that Oracle has won a contract involving oracle applications, data base, fusion middleware which will drive BSNL’s aggressive growth plans and enhance customer service delivery. Oracle’s offering for BSNL include Siebel CRM to provide next-generation services to BSNL customers and manage the company’s aggressive network expansion plans, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
