‘Observe Ambedkar Jayanti in schools’

BANGALORE: Karnataka State Dalitha Sangharsha Samithi (D.G. Sagar faction) submitted a memorandum to Governor Rameshwar Thakur here on Monday urging the Government to issue an order that all schools celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti on April 14.

They urged that the summer vacation could start from April 15 onwards.
