Refex acquires stake in Singapore firm

CHENNAI: Refex Refrigerants has acquired 51 per cent stake in Kaltech Engineering and Refrigeration Pte. Ltd of Singapore. Refex will further acquire up to 39 per cent during the course of the year, according to a release. — Corporate Reporter
